Who is the developer?

Elaman is a residential and commercial developer, having completed numerous projects throughout NZ. Our drive is to create inspirational and aspirational places where people can thrive in.

When will my home be ready to move into?

November 2026.

Does the price include a carpark?

Yes - all homes come with 1 designated carpark.

What deposit is required and when is it payable?

Deposit is payable on unconditional and is 5%.

Is there a residents society and what is it?

There is a residents association - this is a more low key version of a body corp to manage the development gardens, bike and bin stores, driveway, carpark and stormwater systems.

How is rubbish and recycling managed?

There are  common collection areas provided for rubbish bins. These will be collected on a weekly basis as a minimum.

Is there any bike storage?

Yes we have a large shared shed for lockable bike storage.

What appliances are included?

We have included a full Fisher and Paykel appliance package for each home which includes Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Rangehood.
